These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FastUpload.cloud website and file hosting and sharing services. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service and to agree to these Terms on your own behalf. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

FastUpload.cloud provides a cloud-based service that allows you to upload, store, share, and download files ("the Service"). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and we are not liable for any consequences arising from such changes.

3. User Conduct & Prohibited Content

To keep the Service safe, lawful, and compliant with Google AdSense content policies, you may not upload, share, or distribute material that:

  • Infringes any intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or similar rights)
  • Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or any form of exploitation
  • Promotes violence, hate speech, terrorism, or harassment against individuals or groups
  • Is pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, or includes non-consensual explicit deepfakes
  • Contains malware, ransomware, phishing content, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Advertises or sells illegal products, controlled substances, weapons, or counterfeit goods
  • Violates any applicable local, national, or international law
  • Is misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive

We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy toward prohibited content. Violations may result in immediate account termination, deletion of files, and reporting to law enforcement where required by law.

4. Accounts & User Responsibility

You may use FastUpload.cloud as a guest or by creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Copyright & DMCA Compliance

FastUpload.cloud complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and responds to valid takedown notices. If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded without authorization, contact our designated agent at [email protected]. Infringing content will be removed, and accounts belonging to repeat infringers will be disabled. Uploading or distributing pirated software or media violates these Terms.

6. Advertising & AdSense-Specific Policies

FastUpload.cloud may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or other third-party ad networks. By using the Service, you agree to the following:

  • No invalid activity — You will not click your own ads, use bots or automated tools to generate clicks or impressions, or encourage others to click ads (e.g., "click this ad to support us").
  • No misleading ad placement — We do not place ads next to prohibited content or disguise ads as download buttons or navigation elements.
  • No incentivized ad traffic — Users may not offer rewards, credits, or compensation in exchange for clicking ads or visiting ad-supported pages.
  • Policy compliance — You agree to comply with the Google AdSense Program Policies and Google Ads policies while using the Service.

Violating these provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access. We reserve the right to report fraudulent or abusive ad activity to Google.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastUpload.cloud and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, data, or goodwill — arising from:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, the Service
  • Content posted by any third party on the Service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your files or communications
  • Deletion of your files, including as a result of a DMCA takedown or policy violation

Our total aggregate liability, under any legal theory, is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You assume all risk associated with using the Service, including potential file loss or corruption.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FastUpload.cloud and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) files you upload; (c) your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) your violation of applicable law.

10. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice or cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and we may delete files associated with your account.

11. Privacy & Cookies

Your use of FastUpload.cloud is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describe how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to those practices and confirm that any information you provide is accurate.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by FastUpload.cloud. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site, and your use of such sites is at your own risk.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. If we make material changes, we will provide notice via the website or, if you have registered an account with an email address, by email.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
