DMCA Policy

FastUpload.cloud respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been uploaded or shared on FastUpload.cloud without permission, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information (email and phone number).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) of the infringing content on FastUpload.cloud.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may result in processing delays. We may decline to act on notices that do not substantially comply with these requirements.

2. Our Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the identified content, typically within 1–3 business days
  • Notify the user who uploaded the content
  • Document the notice and our response for our records

3. Counter-Notice

If content you uploaded was removed due to a DMCA claim and you believe it was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your full legal name, address, and contact information.
  2. Identification of the removed content and its location on the Service prior to removal.
  3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, to any judicial district in which FastUpload.cloud may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringing activity.

4. Repeat Infringers

FastUpload.cloud maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

6. Good Faith & Misrepresentation

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing, or that content was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Only submit a notice or counter-notice if you believe, in good faith, that it is accurate.
