2. User Responsibility & Prohibited Content

By uploading files via FastUpload.cloud, you certify that:

  • You own or have the required licenses for your uploaded files.
  • Your files do not contravene any laws (including copyright laws, data protection laws, privacy laws, and export laws).
  • You will not upload any unlawful, libelous, obscene, abusive, intimidating, or copyrighted material (such as child abuse material, malware, copyrighted software, etc.).
  • You will not utilize FastUpload.cloud to propagate ransomware, phishing material, and any malicious software.

It is within our discretion to terminate your access or delete your files without prior notice should you breach any of the conditions above.

3. DMCA Policy & Safe Harbor Compliance

FastUpload.cloud respects the intellectual property rights of others and requires that our users also respect the intellectual property rights of others. We follow the procedure set out under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (17 U.S.C. § 512). Our objective in this regard is to ensure that the requirements of the DMCA’s safe harbor for service providers are met; this will shield us from liability for any monetary losses due to user-infringing material provided we respond quickly to remove or block access to such material.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, notify the uploader, and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter‑notice. If a counter‑notice is received, we will follow the statutory process under §512(g), including possible restoration of material after 10‑14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.
